Waterlicht Project Continues in Amsterdam

Covered by us last year, Dutch designer Daan Roosegaarde and studio Roosegaarde continue to tour the beautiful "Waterlicth" project.

Previously featured on the River Ijssel, the “Northern Light of the Netherlands” continues the concept of waving and artificial aurora borealis at the Amsterdam Museumplein. "The artwork Waterlight consists of wavy lines of light across an area of over 4 acres. Walking on the dike the light lines are perceived as high water, once in the flood channel you find yourself in an underwater world." We are excited to see where the "the power and poetry of water" takes him next! [via Fubiz]
